Reason for PK: not sure was logged off probably cop pk 

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: The only reason for the PK that day was a cop PK as far as im aware. he was after me cos i had an illegal gun. He opened fired on me and shot at me whilst tryna get away. Whilst still in pursuit they ended up on my ass after I had healing up. tried to cap him so no warrant comes but YA boi is a BOTTOM shotta atm. All within a span of a few minutes or so. Essentially, I shot at them cos they shot and hit me quite hard. Otherwise I'd have just tried to escape but they managed to get on my ass :C

Hello! At the time, a cop submitted a staff ticket requesting a PK. In the clip they provided, it shows them chasing you to the ghetto, and you opening fire on them first, which then resulted in your death.

I also tried to bring you to a sit, but you were offline at the time.

An important side note: The following clip (Untitled - Clipado Garry's Mod com Medal.tv) was the only clip provided in the sit. The initial interaction was not brought to my attention.

No clue what that driver did before lol, he just saved me in that moment. And you shot me :c thats really bad. 

 

Whatever gun you used, REALLY packed a punch - you popped a tire whilst also almost killing me which is wild.

Hello! 

While investigating this appeal we reviewed the clips provided of both interactions as well as damage logs to help establish a timeline. As shown in the first clip provided by Troubled, and reinforced by logs, the officer in fact began the violent conflict when they opened fire on the vehicle. Whether you were trying to hit him or the car doesn't matter. You take that risk as an officer when you shoot a vehicle. Further more, the time between the conflict started by the officer and the shoot out in the motel is just a couple of minutes. Well within Ghost's self defense period and definitely short enough to consider it the same conflict, not a new separate one started by Ghost's shooting.

In the future officer I suggest you be fully honest with your PK tickets and not leave out the part where you shot first.
