Reason for PK: No reason. RDM

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: A man walked up to me, sang the song "another one bites the dust", then gunned me down with an smg.

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: Sadly, my medal needed an update and I was not able to get a clip. I do, however, have an eye witness.

Hey Robert

The faction you were part of decided that you were no longer of use to them, and they ordered your death. The main reasons were your prolonged absence and your refusal to pay them money in exchange for protection and use of their racket

Keep in mind that you should not delete the character while you are waiting a decision on this appeal.

Hey, so when you join a faction you can basically be pked for anything. In this case you were killed for not paying kickups and being a ghost hire. Due to that they ordered your death, in situations like this where no rules were broken and the reasons are valid we do not appeal pks.
