Reason for PK: I snitched on a civilian lawyer in a court ticket for holiday

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?:The entire thing was voided by boomroasted in a UA ticket with mickey mandate. Me saying it was perjury got voided 

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines:

Hello, 

I am the one and the only Boomroasted you mention. I never voided anything, RevampedRebel made a ticket stating powergame, I did not make a formal ruling on it, but you and Revamped decided not to stop the snitching etc. The RP was never voided by any member of UA, if you decided with Revamp to stop the snitching and working with the DA's office that is IC decision and was not affected by any UA decision. See below for excerpts of the UA ticket.

Void is a loose term here, we don't just allow anyone to "void" rp at anytime. WHen he said both sides agree to "void" it, it was never a the entire rp is void, reset from beginning etc. as that is solely left to the discretion of staff. I did not reset RP, the PK orders were given, and I let RP play out. As I stated previously if you guys came up with a mutual agreement that the snitching would stop etc. that was an agreement between the two of you, it did not negate the orders that were given.

 We had these orders written after you wanted to flip the script and try to get me with more charges as well as possibly other people the photos will prove for themselves don't be a rat and also when you don't fly in for weeks after we had orders on you and you fly in and run straight to pd is very strange. Also, UA never said in that court ticket anything was voided or that the orders would as well but I'll leave it up for them to decide and investigate have a good day.

I was at city hall after killing a cop by saloon. If the false testimony part can get voided but my death isn’t shouldn’t that be reopened? I’m also talking about the bar ticket

Hello Pking admin here, the reasoning for your pk is displayed above in the screenshot and to explain it shortly your death was a result of evidence of you snitching to police against a high-ranking member of the faction.

I was under the impression it was voided as seen with boomroasted and with the bar ticket saying to act as if it never happened. That’s all really for me everything is in the ticket

Hey, there are a couple of points I want to talk about here.1-the “voiding” , 2- Your misunderstanding, 3- your minge char claim, 4-actual orders.

 

1- As Boom said, nothing was voided. It was your thought that it was, there had been no UA involvement. You both decided to just stop that roleplay, it did not negate any orders and or rp that occurred.

 

2- Like stated prior, this was something that you misunderstood, while it is tragic that you misunderstood, it was nothing on our side or any staff error. Misunderstanding between people in rp is not a reason to unpk a char.

 

3- as stated in the character rules “You may not have a minge/non-serious character for 'messing around”. So that also dose not help your case when you admit its a character that has no intent to have meaningful roleplay overall.

 

4- there are no issues with the orders themself, so that dose not come into effect here.

 

Due to the reasons stated above this pk has been deemed valid and the appeal will be denied.
