Reason for PK: getting killed by a cop when i shot first

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: i think i should be un pk because he hit me with baton and i took damage so i think that the cop started the violence first so i think i was in the right to shoot without getting PK

Couple of things to go over for the future, if you have a clip please provide this in the future to enable further context and more clarity in future appeals. 
When getting the full scope of the situation in the logs, I have to highlight this, even prior to getting hit with the baton you talk about shooting them down:


When you are hit by a baton it is while you are pointing a gun at three officers, your shooting at the officer who tries to baton you is what then caused the other officers to shoot at you.

In my opinion it was a just escalation from the side of the police which resulted in your PK as you did not put your life first in the situation and were looking to evade a potential arrest by taking the officers out.

Hello, In this situation there are two main factors that influence this decision.Those being, the baton hits and you already having your gun out. 

To start with the baton, A single hit with a baton dose not invalidate nor initiate a violent conflict. Batons are a non lethal form of police engagement as listed in their sop, its similar to how punching a cop once does not give them the right to pk you.

Secondly you were already aiming your gun at the cop prior to even getting hit with said baton, in that situation you had decided to pull out your gun, and aim it at cops while getting chased. That alone gives the cops a reason to shoot and pk you, even if you didn't get a chance to shoot. Of course that's not the case for every situation as accidents happen, but that's not this case.

 

Due to all of the factors laid out above we have deemed this pk valid.
