Why should you be unbanned? I know that the appeal for a 2 days ban is a little bit dumb but I want to make some things clear. I got on my cop char and in the first 10 minutes I got RDMed by a guy from Lucchese faction, reported the guy SexaphoneGod (admin that banned me) said that he will deal with it and he teleported me back and the guy that rdmed me was still running around like nothing happened I didn't see him getting pulled to a sit now how can I believe that the admin did the right thing he teleported me back not letting me see the guy getting punished. Not long after my friend Andy was looking for me over advert picture I thought that I saw him at the ATM because he looks like this Andy Picture but there was a guy looking just like him having the same black outfit but I didn't know that it was someone else probably the admin that banned me. I wanted to use the soundboard on him so he knows that I am behind him just to check that if he is AFK or not. I used my soundboard but I didn't hear it which was weird I didn't know that it was turned on I tabbed out went to my soundpad it was indeed turned on but the volume was not I turned it up and did the sound once just to make sure that my soundpad is on I went back to my patrol and the admin pmed me that he already banned me over that. First time I got banned was because I did this to someone I don't know and the guy is not okay with it and that he reported me for the soundboard. The admin asked me do you want another ban that's where I thought he wouldn't ban me that it was just a verbal but I was wrong as I confronted him about the situation where he didn't warn his probably OOC friend and when I asked him to show me the clip he banned me banning someone because they don't trust you and over a soundboard use instead of a mute is just corny, he even added the NITRP offence, what am I supposed to do as a cop with 15-16 players on I was simply just patrolling, checking sewers, ghetto and walking around the intention to roleplay is clear but there was 0 roleplay at that moment because there are people that are grinding in their aps and the usual standing outside the restaurant, shop warriors. This clearly shows that the admin is Cherry Picking, even if he did warn him which I don't believe in tbf, when I use the soundboard it's bad but when others do it it's fine when I do it I know the limit to stop I use it when I am around people I know and when the roleplay is not much involved not even playing loud music just goofy sounds that are 2 seconds long.

Hello, banning admin here. You were on your cop character, spamming Garry's Mod death noises through your soundboard in the middle of the street. I PMed you in-game asking if you wanted another ban (I banned you 3 weeks ago for something very similar). Instead of apologizing or saying it wouldn't happen anymore, you got very defensive and said that I had not properly handled a situation regarding RDM that you were on the receiving end of earlier. When I initially looked at your notes, I saw that you already had 4 for misusing your soundboard. This ultimately showed me that you don't ever plan on using it appropriately, and a gag did not seem sufficient given your ban from 3 weeks ago. I didn't know that I was spamming it I checked if the soundboard is still on but the volume was turned off which is not your problem clearly. Looking at the ban that you gave me 3 weeks ago it just shows Soundboard Minge without PO's now I don't remember when did I get 3 more? how did they just spawn I wasn't pulled into a sit to get noted or anything similar by anyone. Why would I apologize if there was no roleplay and I thought it was my friend in front of me that asked for my whereabouts I know that even if there is 2 players on the rules still count but banning someone for not apologizing shows how Power Hungry you are, I even used soundboard for fun when there is small player count and no roleplay going on in front of other admins and they didn't react or they just simply use physgun on me to simply warn me. You are the only admin that banned me for soundboard now I want explanation of my No Intention to RolePlay warn, Soundboard Minge and just Minge is different. And by using the sound appropriately what do you mean by that? I see people using far more worse than mine and nothing happens. Just when I didn't apologize to him and right when I started to confront him about the warn that he didn't give to the player before he bans me shows that your ego wanted me to apologize to you.

Hello, to reiterate, your response to my message was "Just like you didnt warn your friend when he rdmed em." I don't need an apology, but by disregarding what I said and accusing me of not warning a rule-breaker it showed that you just wanted to go do whatever you want. I'd recommend you read the rules in your break, this was the rule I felt was broken at the time as well

Had you just said "OK, it won't happen anymore" that would have 100% been sufficient. Again, good luck on your appeal.

Accusing you of not warning a rule-breaker isn't me showing disregard upon the rules. It was me saying that you are not warning him over a bigger offence which is RDM rather you choose to ban me over soundboard minging with a friend and adding an offence that doesn't even add up NITRP.  Remember what I said the first time when you brought me to the admin sit when you banned me 3 weeks ago "I won't do it again I am sorry" and you still banned me, it literally showed that you'd still ban me even if I said sorry this time. Let's be real admins sometimes have fun with props even some of them use soundboard too on low pops and when no roleplay involved. I don't see a problem with me doing it I know I fucked up because I thought the guy at the ATM was my friend that called me over advert, if someone reported me micspamming constantly using the soundboard its fine I can't blame anyone else but me but now nobody said a thing because you were probably the guy at the ATM because when I used it I saw him switching chars (probably you to the staff char) if you said something there when you were at the ATM i would 100% stop because I knew who you were.

The ban will be reduced to 6hours, while I may agree some sort of staff intervention should have taken place talking with banning staff they agree to reduce ban please abide by server rules going forward.
