PD as only Main Chars in Racket War

If factions get main char locked for Racket Wars then so should PD as anyone not participating could go on their PD Char and target factions, this is Mafia RP not Police RP they shouldn't get more leverage than us in an event

+1 but pd is needed coming from a member of commission, they are needed to counter balance the event, you can’t expect them not to do anything cmon even though it gets annoying they have to do it to make it “fair”
