Custom headmodels should be free to swap to with a cooldown

Title. 50k every time you wanna switch to a WL item kinda crazy. You can't choose it on a new char and you need 50k to swap to it. 

Make it a 7 day, 30 day cool down or otherwise it costs 50k but the first time you swap to a custom should be free, and then it should be free after a set time frame. I understand why unlimited swaps would be abusive.

My main thing is, you cannot choose the custom model when you first create a char, so you need to pay 50k to switch to it. 

Make it a one time thing for all I care.
