Reason for PK:Unknown.

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?:I was sentanced in prison for 6 years because i was reckless driving i went afk and came back to my main character being PK i didn't leave before i was sentanced or left at all and i just have no idea what rule i broke or if this is a mistake.

Hi there, Admin who set you active here. 

Your PK was requested from your faction due to drawing heat to your business, going against direct orders, and getting into a high speed chase infront of the faction business, which as say yourself landed you in jail.

This must be a mistake since they didn't tell me and they helped me post this appeal due to all of them not understanding if i talk it out with the faction and they clear everything up can i be unpked?

Your appeal has been reviewed and denied. When you join a faction, you are entering a criminal faction which has its own risks, one being pk'd if piss off a HC member of the faction. 

We have determined this PK to be reasonable and/or justified.
