fix the fuck ass drinking mechanics

You have a single drink suddenly your screen is spinning for like 5 minutes. Does anyone actually like this?  It makes me never actually use alcohol in game.

maybe dont drink so much you alcoholic stop getting high end drinks and get a martini

You can drink like 10-5 beers or bottles of wine before get the blurry screen (fermented beverage).
The same doesn't happen when you drink like Vodka, Whisky or other heavy drinks (destilled beverage).

For example:

If you drink one cup of whisky you will not get the same level of blurriness as if you drink a full bottle of whisky (five cups).

Drinking a Irish Coffee or a Brown & Sons Bourbon bottle is asking to get dizzy.

You can drink like ten Coors Light cans or Bud Light cans without any visual consequence.
