You died because you were on your trial phase and you were starting shit with other factions potentially bringing heat to our faction. You also continued to do illegal things even though you weren't supposed too. You were even warned by me personally in the warehouse to not be a dumbass and to act right. Also I what was it I was doing that was illegal exactly? When joining a faction you must follow their rules, and if they deem you to have broken a rule or endangering the reputation of the faction, they can have you pk'd.
