Reason for PK: Lucchese Hit.

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: 
I don't believe I did anything necessitating a PK. I was previously apart of the Lucchese family. After being demoted I decided to just stop playing and was subsequently kicked out pretty much after deciding I didn't like it. After I came back into the city a few years later I joined up with the Kosher Nostra as I was a civilian and not apart of any faction (not something I did). After I joined I was pretty much immediately informed that Lucchese knew who I was and that they could kill me but had decided not too because Vinny said it was cool.

I can only assume they changed their minds between now and then.

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines:
The only evidence I've got from them deciding not to kill me is a personal chat I had with my old boss, Vinny.

The Kaptain of my Crew told me it was a Lucchese hit. So it might not have been you, but it was ordered by the faction you lead. If it wasn't you, just say so. Instead of being an asshole when I come to ask respectfully in your discord and then beforehand in your DM's.

im sorry, but i dont owe you any explanation. and to correct your statement, we didn't kick you out. you went inactive for an extended amount of time and got demoted for it. you ended up crashing out and left the discord. later on you got on when you thought no one noticed and left the faction. you're not that slick. we got the logs for that. also, i gave you an answer you just didnt like it. sorry, but we weren't in game just like i said at that time. we were in our game room which is used for games not gmod related. please, get your facts straight and take some accountability for whatever you may have done that led to this

You demoted me while I was still active, which doesnt matter since its semantics. Answering someone; "Did you do something to deserve it?" is not an explanation when someone asks why your faction launches a PK on them.

Hello!

There seems to be a major misconception here. You were not PKd by your precious faction, you were in fact PKd by your current faction. With that clarification, they had multiple reasons to kill you. One was for deciding to take photos up someone’s skirt. That someone was an allied factions HCs wife. Second, you had not paid your dues in a month. While your Capo may have been ill informed, it was a valid orders.

Your appeal has been reviewed and denied.

We have determined this PK to be reasonable and/or justified.
