Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I don't know how or why I got char banned. I didn't get a dm from anyone or any explanation whatsoever. It wasn't a faction pk and I didn't get pk'd by cops or anything. I'd (at the very least) like an explanation, since I didn't get the "luxury" of that the first time.

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: N/A

Good Evening, 

It came to our attention that you had participated in a mugging recently in which you were in a discord VC, within that discord VC, a staff member who I will not name here gave you IC information that the guy you were going to mug had a weapon. When confronting the staff member about this situation, they admitted to being in the same VC and giving you IC information via their staff char. Not only was the pk due to the metagaming during the VC, looking at this char, we noticed you had not ordered shipments or done any RP on the char, leading to the assumption of a mugging char.

Not really involved but I can add some information about the character, it was an actual character he's had for a decent time and has bought tons of shipments in the past, enough to get him nearly life in prison when he got arrested a couple months ago

I understand the character being pk'd for metagame.

I do not understand this shipment/non rp on this character. He was my main char before a bunch of IC fed stuff happened, I have around 300 hours on him, and he's the oldest character I have as of now. Like what @Bullets said, I've bought a shit ton of shipments (guns, weed, oil, etc.), I don't understand what you searched through to see me "not ordering any shipments"

 Before you took this char out of bonannos and replaced it with a new char that didnt have any felonies or charges, you ordered shipments yes, but when you joined colombos you literally have no shipments ordered....which leads us to believe that this char is no longer your main char or a char you really care about, its not set as your main and you have 70 dollars on the char.

Go look at my bank accounts. Try to tell me I don't care for that char. It's disrespectful to tell me that I don't care about that char, especially spending 300 hours on him, being made+ on it, and it being my current oldest character.

I got whitelisted into Colombos and no one gave me starting money (they assumed I already had some) but I already spent most of the money I had on that character on suits and gambling.

If I wanted to start shit I wouldn't have kept my identity a secret. You never had my F3 so you wouldn't even know if I got on to RP or not. Plus, I actually did get on frequently and Roleplay on that character. I wasn't in there long enough to pay my first kickup, it wasn't a full week or anything. 

And, I got permission from Colombo streetboss to go out and mug. You're a prime example of someone speaking out of their ass lmao

1 i never saw u on when askull was on unless you were mugging and he was the only one with youre name

you claim he gave permission however it doesn't help that he's not the one who can approve that in colombos and he was legit the one helping u metagame.

How is my character supposed to know that a member of HC (Streetboss) isn't able to give permission to mug? And what do you mean you never saw me on? You admitted that askull was the only one with my name so how would you know that I wouldn't be on? Use your head buddy, it could help sometimes.
