Why should you be unbanned?
Today I was banned for powergame and being a LQP because I had walked into the tattoo parlor and I had Smarty behind me metagaming my other char names (I have proof and there are witnesses). I was just chilling and not talking when he made up a lie saying I had a weapon on me, so then I exited the parlor as told. I then continued to ask why I was trespassed since I was oblivious at the time because I didn't know bringing a gun into a place called "Golden Armory" wasn't allowed. I had full reason to go talk to them because the tattoo parlor was new and I was just visiting some new buddies I met at Alglheiri for food. Smarty kept instigating and causing problems and they were like "we dont give a fuck" so they kicked him out right after I left the bar. I never was killed and I believe me trespassing on their property isn't powergame but rather an IC Issue that should be solved accordingly. 

I had already spoken to AceAdmiral about my encounters and she left me off with a warning and thats when I had stopped interacting with them. I don't think I was addressed properly either because while in my sit with joeeey1 and animator they both were in the IC conflict (not really joey but animator was legit the officer who tried arresting me). I also have had a bad history with both of them so I don't believe my punishment was truthful at all. 

 

If you have questions I will answer anything and everything. i know I will get a lot of hate in the bottom, but I will try to be as truthful/transparent as possible.

Hey, to start off, you literally just posted a clip of you RDMing for no reason, so good job on that gang. You have also planted drugs at ATMs trying to get us arrested, pointed a gun at us and shit talk us numerous times for 0 reason, you made a false 911 call of my associates doing drug deals to get them arrested, you said I shot up the PD which I was in my establishment at the time of the "shooting", and you said we are following you and aiming guns at you when no one pointed a gun at you and the guy you accused didnt even have a gun in his inventory, and to top it off, you are alting to avoid faction/PD blacklists, you did a rule break speedrun and thats me being nice about the situation.

All night, this guy has made false 911 calls, planted drugs in front of ATMs with 14k members using them, and has shit talked 14k members. He is doing this because of a botched PK attempt. All RP following up to his PK was voided by UA. He decided to not void it.

I recommend his ban be extended to permanent. Just my opinion. This guy knows how to alt / ban evade without getting picked up by the automated system. Not like it would even make a difference. Even worse he has been caught alting to evade PD and faction blacklists. Don't know why this guy wasn't banned for that.
