Reason for PK: I was never told/do not know why

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I believe as if I was given no leniency whatsoever, and was potentially targeted for actions on my PD character.

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: I would rather keep this part private.

Well  you were told you owed 70k you knew you owed 70k and just let it build. We told you if there was an issue make a LOA and we would grant it you didn’t and wanted to play with fire. gave you multiple chances to pay your back taxes and you failed to do so. Thanks also ps could care less for your pd char as your a lil fish.

I was told two days ago that I could make an LOA if I needed it, I explained the upcoming crew deal would help me settle my debts. A reasonable person would assume its okay to wait two days for money to come in, instead of PKing me and then taking all the drugs I would've paid them with anyways. I'm not trying to be an asshole, but I was simply treated unfairly given I explained my circumstances. Nobody explicitly told me I owed 70k, but I clearly explained my real life circumstances and any person would expect to be given some wiggle room.

Edit: I believe my unfair treatment to be potentially motivated by actions on my PD character separate from my SOS character.

Crazy to say as we told you to make a loa stop being a hypocrite we have club by laws you didn’t follow them and now cry that we pked you over your cop char… you owed 70k and didn’t pay give or take the crew deal was gonna happen we asked for money you said you didn’t have it. Multiple times. As for bringing in pd relations I could care less for we have many members who have a Cop 2nd life so this statement is just invalid

Hey Randy

So I was the staff member who set your character pk active. The reason why is because according to your faction leaders, you kept skipping paying the taxes you owed them, eventually leading to your death.

When you join a criminal faction, you should be aware that your actions do have consequences and avoiding them is not the way to go. On top of that, the situation with your police character had nothing to do with this situation, as far as I saw it, as they never even mentioned your cop character, leading me to believe this pk does not result from OOC beef.

However, if you do have evidence that´s the case, feel free to publish such evidence in this thread.

The only time I was ever confronted was at church earlier this week, two days ago, where I told you guys that I was having a rough time and explained my OOC situation. I even asked for help on the discord to pedal drugs so that I could earn some money in order to pay my dues, to which I was told to wait until the crew deal. The crew deal that I was killed before ever getting a chance to participate in- in order to pay my dues. I was told to wait until the crew deal on discord, instead of doing rumors to sell my stuff, and I was killed anyways. I thought, because I was told to wait, and how the crew deal is literally later today, that I would be given a chance to earn some money to kick up. Instead I was killed, and the drugs that would've earned me my kickup was taken from me anyways.

It is claimed I was confronted multiple times, this is false, only once, TWO days ago. Where I was told on discord to wait for the crew deal instead of going off on my own and making money. Conveniently I was kicked out of the discord and cannot prove I was told to wait. The only possible reason that I can fathom that you guys would up and kill me where you told me to WAIT to make money, which is why I was killed for not having money in time, is because of some kind of bias due to my conduct on my police char. When I asked for context on discord as to why I was killed, and approached people in game using LOOC, nobody said anything to me, or offered context. The only context being offered is "we told him too bad" when this is false. 

I have attached a screenshot of the DMs between me and the individual who carried out the PK, expressing discontent at my conduct on PD. It pains me to do this, considering Carl and I (I thought) were friends. He has up until this point ghosted me over a gmod PK, which is wild. Just yesterday, Carl was on my ass in a separate VC literally yesterday about writing affidavits against faction members, harping on me to "just claim conflict", I find it interesting the next day the very same guy PKs me for not having kickup when I was told to wait until the crew deal to make money, and was never given a chance to make it to the crew deal.

Edit for clarification: They knew I was trying to make money, they told me to wait until the crew deal, they killed me before the crew deal. They ordered me into the situation they killed me over, this treatment is unfair and could only derive from one thing: some kind of OOC bias.

Here is some more context since he likes to leave it out. I specified to him at the time he was not going to be disliked by HC for this. As a member of command myself I can confirm this is true. No one had any ill will towards him for this situation. This was simply a issue were I was a lawyer for a citizen. If it really was such an issue to us we would have have delt with it sooner. The reason he died has been stated he did not pay taxes and we have been cracking down on it.

Furthermore you state that I was waiting and waiting for a deal. But you know how to speak to people if you really had any interest in paying tabs you would have found a way to make the money. However you dwelled on it

Why would they kill me before the crew deal, after they told me to wait for the crew deal, knowing the crew deal would be what made up for kickups? They told me to wait, and waiting is what got me killed. That logical hole is my problem here.

Because we can because you refused to pay your taxes as stated you take that pledge when you join the faction as well as our own club by laws 70k is multiple weeks of not paying your tab.

I was never confronted with the figure 70k, I was asked "whats going on brother?" during church. Nobody told me anything was due, there was no multiple attempts to warn me, and when you knew I was working to pay off whatever number I was owing, you killed me before I got the chance and made sure to take my cut before killing me, my cut that would've gone back to the club anyways. It went from "whats going on brother?", to ghosting in DMs, ignoring me in game, and insulting me on the forums. ("Thanks also ps could care less for your pd char as your a lil fish", "This guys a bozo with a weak appeal") All in the span of 48 hours or less. The change up is crazy, I was farmed for the PK the very second you thought you had the minimum requirement, when I was ordered into that situation.

Hello, guy who wrote the orders here. When you became a prospect you were told about the bar tabs. You were fully aware and even paid one on 12/29/2025. When I had this conversation with you in the church, asking you what was going on, I never told you to wait until the deal. Even if I did, the amount you had for the deal would not have been enough for your 70k that you owe. I wrote the orders on this basis.
 

I could give a fuck less about your cop character because, like Riddy said above, we have multiple guys in our faction with cop characters and their actions on those characters do not effect our relationship/our role play on their SoS characters.

When we had the conversation, I offered you loa/retirement and you took neither. I also don’t recall you saying anything about paying after the deal. This just is what it is brother. Have hard feelings if you would like. For us, it’s just the role play.

Also, this was another scenario that your Road Captain (Capo) confronted you about it. After the message and the days following, no response to you Road Captain.

I was told to wait until the crew deal, that it would be better if I did instead of doing something by myself on discord by the same person as in the image above. And I asked for help sometime before that message. I acknowledge I had dues, I acknowledge it was a decent amount of money, I simply can't agree with how you guys handled it. When I was killed I was told they were doing early collection for the crew deal and that's what brought me aside in a lonely area, how am I supposed to make money by myself when I was told to wait until a crew deal that I was killed before it ever took place? Where else would that money have of gone other than back into the club?

Bottom Line is: I was killed before I made it to an opportunity to make money that I was told to wait for. Regardless of the motivations behind it, its not particularly fair. Additionally, instead of the guy who killed me just explaining why in DMs, I was ghosted entirely and had to make this appeal to even find out why. When I asked for the discord of someone higher in the club than the guy who did it to try and find out why, I was ghosted as well. This cold-shoulder is indicative of some kind of distaste for me, and I simply cannot see why, other than disagreeing with my PK reason- which, in itself, makes no sense. And this behavior pre-dates my appeal.

Almost a month of opportunity and you chose this one crew deal. 12/29/2025 to 01/18/2026 (not 2006) to finally pay something in. 
 

There lies the issue. Pick something to fight for and show proof. It’s either we “didn’t give time” (which we did) or we are mad at your cop char (which we have also disproven.).
