Reason for PK: I unknowingly killed a boss in another family.

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?:    there were no witness to his death. The only way for anyone to of known I had shot him is if he broke NLR to share that information. on top of that, I was called into a meeting by my family and he was in the room acting like he remembered his death and they had me comp him for his lost weapon. minutes after I left that meeting, leaving that boss and my family command alone in that room, they made their first attempt to Pk me.

I did also realize I accidently deleted my char so now im sad. if the Pk is canceled, can I just remake the character and get comped the money I lost or something?
