Limit Car Spawns progressively the closer we get to max player count.

It is no secret the more cars we have on the server the worse the server performs making it a very unenjoyable experience for all. People complain to staff about SOS. Staff complains about people complaining.


Per Staff's suggestion to complain I am suggesting we create a system that only allows a specific number of cars on the based on active player count, slowly decreasing to 0 the closer the server gets to maximum population.

used to be if it was above 80 (i think?) car spawns would just be disabled, i think it should go back to that. maybe 100 instead of 80, but still

yeah I wasnt aware of that, server was at max pop and there were like 20 vehicles out(probably an exageration)
