Why should you be unbanned?
Hello, I believe I should be unbanned for LTARP | NITRP since in chat prior to my ban I had mentioned my headset died and I couldn't hear anything. So when someone is screaming at me to consent to a search I can't really hear them (I have chat logs proving this and admins do too). Prior to that I was being tormented and harassed after getting discharged from the PD and the admin who did it was gagging and muting me to make fun of me and he knew I was and he kept provoking me.

Alright, I was fired for the following infractions: A-12, B-19, B-3, C-2 and this is my appeal for it.

A12. I was never put into a situation where I would have been incapable because I was pretty capable when I filed a DA ticket and did all of the arrests on my own for Wang and John Fitzgerald. This is probably a stacking charge from before my reinstatement so I find it as a unreliable way of describing it.

B19. This is extremely false because I didn't even have my mic on for most of the time and I hadn't said anything to anyone in a harmful way. I was constantly told to shut the fuck up and even told to sit in the interrogation room like a dog because I was "too ugly" for the lawyer. They chose the lawyer's word and listened to him even though I am the Arresting Officer.

B-3, C2. These infractions are literally replicas of one another and are stacking. I only had backtalked when I was told to go sit in the corner of the interrogation room and the admin even gagged me and muted me when I tried resisting. I told the corporal it was unlawful to make the AO sit in a corner just because he wasn't appealing to the lawyer.

I was bullied and tormented by this department and I will ask for my reinstatement or compensation for the harm done to me. Here is a bunch of clips and how I got banned despite saying I couldnt hear since I didnt have a headset.

Hi. I am the banning member of staff involved. You were fired from the PD by one of the IA LTs, this is something you can battle in a ticket with the Commissioner, they made a ticket and I took it, changing your name, removing your PD whitelist and giving you a charkick to reset you to make sure you didn't have any firearms/cuffs etc on your person before you were allowed to leave. Then the LT and a few other cops that were present told you that you needed to be searched to make sure you don't have anything on your person that you're not supposed to have. You instantly swapped characters to your other one, Aarav Patel. Then you swapped back to Amir Magomedov and when the cops said you will be arrested if you do not comply with their orders, you said "kill yourself fag" and then swapped characters again.

As for your screenshot I did infact say that comment. But I also couldn't hear you guys until I swapped back. I thought swapping back wouldve fixed it. I tried fixing it by going back but by the time i plugged back in my headset you banned me. I don't really think this ban is legitimate since prior to it I said my headset died and you didn't give a reasonable amount of time to respond. I thought once I was changed outside of NYPD uniform and stuff I was free to go so I just swapped back.

THE LT here, i came in to the server hearing your behavior, the first thing i hear is you saying to either yeezy or the other 2 cops there was "fuck you" so i stop to to strike but due to your behaviour prior CPL Ye Yeezy discharged you, you said you were plugging in your mic and i asked if you did and you said yes, i fired you had toast remove you and drop your PD stuff when you came back after the char kick to reset you you were trying to walk away from us when we was gonna search you then the other officer said if you dont let us search we will arrest you said "go fuck yourself" or along the lines then swapped off your char and i then make ticket and toast banned you

if you couldnt hear us how come you responded to my voice when i said "can you hear me now" and you go yes and was responsive to us especially when i said "hand over your equipment"

And I dropped all my equipment? But that was right when I left my character. The admin had kicked me aswell to reset the char so it doesnt show as a cop. Him kicking me and resetting me implied that I was free to go so I swapped char

Bro you were outright bullying me and making fun of me. You guys were constantly saying get your last paycheck and shit like that. Of course, I am going to act out and say the quoted comments. Those clips aren't fake twin and I don't appreciate you defending their behaviour. You weren't there for like any of it and you come into this appeal acting like you know some shit. I legit already had a ticket open to retire from the force because of how toxic it was thats why I didn't care that you striked me. You may not accept it, but those clips actually hurt my feelings and I didn't appreciate getting taunted right after reinstatement. I barely even spoke and I was just constantly harassed and tormented, so no. I am not arguing my case for discharge here but rather my ban, so leave me the fuck alone and stop being so mean to me. This server is so fucking toxic and yall actually need to resolve your issues because shit is actually sad, I pray for you guys.

6 you assumed you were free to go so you went back into your now fired cop char and we told you if you didn't comply to the search you will be arrested to which you said "fuck you" then switched so you knew you was in active RP situation.

Also you were going to switch chars during an active rp situation with me in your second clip which you said yourself. So the intention is there just you didn't do it immediately

1. I wasn't talking about you for the most part

2. You only said that when I was fired but you let it happen during the duration of my reinstatement (30 minutes).

3. How was I dodging?

4. My feelings aren't easily hurt bruh. It's just I wasn't even talking and they were clowning on me and I couldn't say anything back, like I was about to say something and they threatened to strike me for talking back.

5. Of course I am going to be pissed after the discharge because I was treated poorly and unprofessionally. I only heard you guys when I started swapping chars /pre.

6. This doesn't even make sense, I am still able to use a fired cop char and just because I said "fuck you" doesn't mean its active rp. Also there is not a single clip of me not complying with officers. Show me one and I will delete this appeal. 

Also why is it always the LT and the SG handling their cop's problems when they aint even there

How can you say there is intention when you fired me and then admin kicked me out of char. Like you don't even make sense right now.

Hello!

First, we do not decide on your Commissioner ticket. That is handled solely by the Commissioner, in is tickets, in the PD Discord.

Next, you have been apart of this community for just over two weeks. In that time you have collected five notes and now your fourth ban. You show a repeated lack of regard for the rules. In this situation, you tried to practice malicious ignorance to their requests. You heard them when you wanted to and feigned deafness when you didn't want to to try and avoid the RP. This and your history already shows your extreme lack of care for RP, which leads me to see the intent behind the NITRP. You then take this evasion of RP a step further and choose to swap characters multiple times while in the midst of the RP which is your LTARP. 

Take this time to do two things before returning to our community, please. Read the rules and decide you want to actually contribute to our community the next time you are on the server. Your recent track record shows me you have yet to make that choice.

Your ban appeal has been reviewed and denied.

We have determined this ban to be reasonable and/or justified.
