911 dispatcher

A revamp to the 911 system. It would introduce a new job to the police department as a dispatcher. When you call 911 instead of just typing in the chat you would be talking to a dispatcher who would then dispatch an officer to the scene.  Would greatly improve police roleplay.

Good idea in theory, but what happens when no one is there for dispatch bc no one wants to just sit around? Also might lead to mega gaming by people recognizing others voices through the phone. Unless it was just texting. 

-1 for now just because I see the appeal but the negative outweighs the good

We had that on PERP. It didnt work well.
