Have the C Menu options for first aide kits, bandages, stitches and other first aid supplies apply it to the person you're looking at.

Currently if you have a first aid kit or other type of medical supply in your inventory and you press the c menu to someone to apply it to them it applies it to yourself and not the person you're looking at. This makes no sense and it should apply the medical kit forward.

Please fix.
