It likely detected that you two have associated accounts possibly because at one or more points in your playtime here you've shared a connection with one another meaning when one of you is banned if the other gets on it flags it as a ban evasion attempt which is a system put into place to prevent people from bypassing their bans or punishments. I can't manually unassign this connection for the time being do not join the server and file a support ticket in the discord.
