Ok so the reason i was PKed was because "I stabbed a cop and pretended to work somewhere I didn't"

 

First off, I was TOLD by ENZO that I worked at the Garrison. THOSE WERE HIS WORDS.

NO ONE TOLD ME UNTIL WAY LATER THAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO WORK AT THE SUSHI PLACE. 

Second, the cop I killed was trying to TAZE AND ARREST ME FOR NO REASON, He was a cadet without a supervisor. was I seriously supposed to let him??????? 

I was literally set up for failure by incompetent people that don't know how to train new members of a gang. So because of their failure I deserve to be PKed? a Weeks work down the drain???? FUCK THAT. 

 

A lot of other members are saying, "it's just a game bro, it's not that serious" OH?! SO NOW IT'S NOT A SERIOUS RP SERVER?????? FUCK OUTTA HERE WITH THAT.

I hope the gang Takahashi Kai fixes it mental retardation problem and seeks the lobotomy they all collectively deserve.

You were told at least twice (by me personally) that you were not an employee of the Garrison until you obtain the proper credentials. (despite the mistake your recruiter made) Potentially costing our organization money as well as our properties. You then took this a step further bringing heat to our store by stabbing an on duty officer in The Garrison while "working security", when confronted again that you do not work there you became argumentative with HC before storming off mid conversation. (thankfully to the store you did work for)

When addressed with other command it was found that you had not made a substantial impact, so it was easier to nip this in the bud.

Do you have any idea how confusing it is to hear conflicting information from two higher ups? One person said this the other said that. Also Once again, the cadet was very clearly a troll. are you going to address this or not? his name was Demarcus Cousins (I think) He literally tried to taze me for no reason. what was I supposed to do?

Substantial impact??? WTF was I supposed to do in a week???? I was still learning despite Enzo improperly training me. You gotta cut people some slack man

Neither you, nor your higher ranking members were of any help at all. How is a new recruit supposed to learn? On top of that, when I did ask questions on how to do things I was met with with shitty attitudes and disrespect. Especially by Ronnie. Once again. How was i was supposed to learn when I was discouraged from it?

 

 

So what you're saying I was supposed to let the unsupervised cadet tase and arrest me without probable cause and work somewhere that no one told me or even bothered to correct me until you did. You then told me that you had to leave while Enzo was training you, so you may not know everything you need and you never got a car. I then took you to get a car bought you a gun license a gun and dropped you at the Sushi restaurant. (again you had to leave to eat) When returning I showed you how to buy oil, but you left the city before learning where to sell. 

When i addressed this the 2nd time you again told me Enzo hired you for The Garrison. I informed you I am Enzo's boss and he was mistaken. Instead of taking this and moving on you became aggressive and stormed off. Due to this outburst it was decided that talking to and potential retraining would almost certainly be met with resistance.

When you clicked "I understand and accept the risks" you also accepted the risk of being permanently killed by faction members. The reasons provided to me in the order were both very legitimate reasons to PK a faction member, you were working at a gun store that you were not supposed to be and had a confrontation with the police on your faction's property. Both of these reasons seemed like you were a liability to your faction and could compromise their legal businesses. As a result, I set you PK active to them. Hope this helps, good luck on your character appeal.

This isn't a ban appeal, but I banned you for returning to the scene of where your main character's dead body was. You came back and I pulled you to a sit, explained that if you wanted to appeal the case you would be more than welcome to on the forums, and that you cannot intervene with the crime scene nor the people that were around when it happened. I told you go somewhere else in town for a while and warned you if you did not stop you would be banned. Instead, you moved half a block to the business your (now deceased) main character worked at and started talking about people the character you were playing had no IC knowledge of (especially this ronnie guy). After waiting afk on the same street corner for 5ish minutes, you run back to the crime scene that police were actively investigating and start telling them about the body. I banned you after multiple warnings and if you'd like to appeal the ban, I recommend you make a ban appeal.

Hello!

So, as mentioned by Sexaphone already, when joining a criminal faction you are presented a prompt that warns you that you may be PK'd if they deem it necessary. While you may disagree with the reason orders were put on your head, they are valid. Your actions put the faction at risk so they chose to eliminate you to avoid any further risk. In the future, if you feel information is being handed out falsely please ask your faction leadership for clarification to avoid this situation again. Also, don't stab cops. Would have avoided another reason for them ordering your death.
