Long Answer

What is your motivation/reason for applying?: In these past recent months I've put many hours into grinding this server and interacting with the community, and making friends. recently I've been wanting to get more involved based on my experiences and I thought I would give it a shot to see if my time on the server can go to use, I frequently am on the server sitting there so I figured I could put that time to use. *
Why should you be considered over other candidates?:  * I have a considerable amount of playtime and think with that I can contribute some of my experience into server moderation and maybe help ease the workload of current staff members and also plan on making every staff situation I'm involved completely fair and respectful.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long):Not on gmod but have been on another RP oriented game unturned with a similar rule  structure.
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: I've been banned a lot in the past over my years of playing, but have not been in recent times after taking the server more seriously
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I wouldn't say that I'm known by the entire server but within the alliance I'm in and the many people I'm around yes, and as far as I know people consider me as a reasonable person who tries to be friendly all around, I'm not the type of guy to blow up on people from remarks or anything of the sort, I try to enjoy my time within the community and make friends with others so I think consecutively people consider me as  good player and person within the southside.
What is your favorite moment on Diverge so far?: Back in February there was an event where the State Senate Candidate Cliff Connally came out to speak in the parking lot of the pd with a large crowd of police protecting him, at this time I didn't know what it was about but I saw everyone running to go and see him speak and hear what he had to say on the current situations surrounding government employees, I waited for him to come out and was in the crowd of people. As he came out and started speaking everyone was shouting at him completely going against him when all a sudden I heard " I hope you die, I hope you die of a heart attack" and boom he got shot in the head. I thought that was so funny because it instantly erupted into chaos and everyone was screaming where the shooter was, To me that was one of the key moments that got me hooked to diverges rp aspect and the community surrounding it.

Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: Make a ticket like a normal player and if no other staff members are online I would just take a clip for a further date to report the player.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would attempt to gain a clip of them abusing, or just any wrongdoing in general that would result in a staff report.
A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?:I would continue with the sit as any other and request clips and also viewing the logs to confirm the truth to my full capability. As staff I'm expected to go into situations completely unbiased in which I will.
