Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): it was not rdm and i dint do ltarp i left cuz there was like 10 people on and no one was comming to the little israel deli

Why should you be unbanned? i didnt commit rdm because the guy was fighting with a another dude and i told them like 5 time to go figh somwhere else not in front of the deli and they we like o stupid jew and shit i fired a couple warning shots the guy who reported me killed the dude and i told him to leave and he was still saying shit like you stupid jew ye shoot me i dare you to and stuff so i shot him cuz he is a dickd head

I am the member of staff who issued the ban. Your own clip literally shows the whole situation, two dudes were fighting outside of Little Israel and you were basically inserting yourself into a situation that didn't concern you as none of the guys had dealt damage to you, and then as the guy is walking off he tells you to keep your mouth shut and then you pull out your gun and fire at him and then kill him. This is you failing to follow the escalation rules as the guy was an idle threat, not an active threat. I took the reporting player's ticket and he showed me a clip and then after checking logs, you had left a minute later after killing the guy and so you were banned.

Someone saying they will kill/beat you in an argument or conversation. (Unarmed, weapon on safety etc) that is an idle threat.
You are allowed to react to an Active threat in that moment (Not later when the situation is over)."
