Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?:
FearRP Rule 6: If the person with the weapon puts it away or turns his line of sight (Meaning the user has turned completely away and is not even slightly facing you. Usually at an angle of larger than 90 degrees), fearRP becomes null and you may take the window of opportunity to retaliate with little to no risk. (Does not apply if multiple weapons are pointed at you)
This might be a visual thing, but his gun was on safety for me, so I didnt know that I was under fearRP. Thats why I retaliated, I would not have risked it if I had known I was at risk for PK.
If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines:

Hi. I am the member of staff who handled this PK. As shown in the clip above provided by @Orsini, he had initiated a situation in which FearRP takes place. You willingly walked into a room with a stranger whilst unarmed and then the second he finished typing you pulled your gun out and retaliated and lost the gunfight. Now I don't mind if this gets accepted or not, but you willingly putting yourself in a dangerous situation is pretty stupid and you shouldn't really do that going forward.

Hello!

So, this situation is a little weird. While yes, you did die while under fearRP there is a clear discrepancy between what you saw and what the mugger saw. Because of this, you acted on the information granted to you so you thought you were safe. Due to this visual bug we will be granting you grace and resurrecting your character.

While you are saved this time, in the future either make sure you have bullets or don't fight back!

Your appeal has been reviewed and accepted.

Your character has been reinstated and can be used again.
