Long Answer

What is your motivation/reason for applying?:  I wish to apply to help this great community once more. I have returned to be the savior of innocent players who get wronged by rule breakers and wrongdoers. I also miss the members of the staff team. Monaclu, Galaxy, and AUI Animator yall are my homies. I also wish to continue the roleplay aspect of life. I have shit to get done and I will get it done. I also want to make a difference in the server; an impact if you will.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?:  I am mature and I don't do immature bullshit. I don't have a job (haha laugh it up) in real life so I am not constrained by much currently. I have prior experience which makes me a prime candidate.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? Garnet Gaming DarkRP Senior Moderator for 6 months. SuperiorServers Clonewars RP Moderator for 2 months.
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: No, never.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?:  The staff remember me quite well. I wouldn't say I left Bonanno on a good note but there were some issues there I didn't like. People that know me like me.  @KingJewMonaclu   can attest to this. I'm a really good guy and outgoing. I like to make connections.
What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: Getting to finally permakill somebody while in a crime faction. We stripped down to whiteclothes and ran him down when we saw them. Shit was so thrilling. I also like making hundreds of thousands of dollars for crime factions.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would head on duty and await them to be reported. Should a report be made I would hop on my staff character and claim the ticket. I would first bring the alleged victim and ask for a clip while checking logs. I would then pull in the accused if its proven to be RDM. I would check their notes, and if they had prior RDM notes that are recent within a month or so I would punish that player for RDM.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?:  I would report it to Upper Administration, such as a Senior Administrator or a Superadmin. I would document in detail the violations of the staff member and compile a list of videos, screenshots, testimonies and so forth.
A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: Bias would exist and I would staff chat in that another member needs to take the ticket. If no other staff are on I would mediate it as unbiased as possible. If there is sufficient proof, there may be a NITRP ban as a possibility. If there is no proof I would tell the accuser to get evidence next time or don't make a ticket.
