Harsher punishments for OOC (bad server health)

8. Theyre are literally like 3 factions that are JUST for minging.

My suggestion, get on your admins ass about fixing some of the problems, force them to spectate people really take the time to watch if people are breaking rules and start passing out punishments, its kinda insane that ill put a ticket in and its the same 2-3 admins taking my tickets but 8 are online doing literally nothing to help the server feel better. I'm sorry if this ruffles some feathers but I know very well im not the only one feeling this way. I joined about 6 months ago and just in that time ive seen a STEEP decline in peoples care for the rules because punishments aren't harsh enough. 
- someone who just wants to RP and is tired of clowns and trannies in my mafia gang server....
 

This is a pretty frequent topic of discussion in staff chats.

1. Report = Punishment, we don’t have eyes everywhere 

2. This has been brought up before, always ends in “Let people talk their shit as long as its not OOC”

3-4. Discord has been overused for so long but I get what you mean. Unless its metagame, nothing we can do.

5. Yes they do. Again, you need to report as we only have so many eyes.

6. Been brought up many times, it’s not changing. The cats out of the bag.

7. These are fronts at the end of the day and cant be expected to run 24/7

8. Yeah, we don’t have to name em either

As for the rule breaks, staff can only see so much, so if someone is breaking rules report them.

As for the seriousness of the server, this is also probably not going to change anytime  with the current set up as all of these things go hand in hand. The factions, clothing, cars, whatever, its all related. 

tldr: make reports when you see rule breaks and if you want serious rp, play fiveM.

Every faction has it's fair share of idiots, every person has lapses of judgement and make silly decisions. While there are some people who do it more than others, I think you are being very pessimistic about this. It's a game. This is the server. You must be ill-informed, or maybe mistaken on who I am.

My reason stated for leaving was due to the assholes in the city, mainly in the Luch faction but also just from what's said in /rumour

While every person is bound to have a lapse of judgement - I consistently was treated very poorly by every manager other than the lady who hired me and one other male (may have been you idk)
 I informed that lady this on my third week, I gave 200k on top of the 100k I already kicked up from my first payment - all made by grinding growing weed because rackets was withheld from me up until the third week - and deleted the char.

Reasonably, I do see how I now have a pessimistic view towards how people act in this game after that experience. It'd be crazy to not think that maybe some of the asshole managers I've encountered have played some role in the minging shit especially since I've experienced some from them while I've returned as well.

I think it's fair to say I'm not bitching about the people able to be held to consequences easily nor am I targeting Luch specifically, it's just my own experiences is that and /rumour.

For that to be my beginning arch on the server to see people others slang Decav just strikes me as odd. I don't see many call out the comments but I like to indulge in a little keyboarding time-to-time.

Only advice I can give, the community has brought up many of these issues before and nothing has changed, just get told “cope its gmod”.

Staff can punish people breaking rules but everything else is out of our hands and is up to UA

You think I want this to be an unserious server? I wish I could do more but I'm limited by UA like every other staff member is. This can't be a "Serious Rp server" with the pics I listed above.
