Reason for ban: Mugging Char | Ignoring mugging cooldown | NiTRP | Extensive, extensive PO

Reason for appeal (dispute/apology):  I was permed for robbing the DA Patrick Kennedy from a bounty by 'Helmet' @FiresideCone34 (he was arrested and charged and put a bounty on mugging him for 100k) 
Matthew Lalop'a is not a mugging char and has extensive ties in supreme team - had to leave fact cause i def thought Patrick Kennedy was gonna PK me with that 164.5 year warrant and didn't wanna wait forever to join back, was released from no CC filed.  Matthew lalop'a was also in the Kosher for a bit before he had to leave, Yes Matthew lalopa mugs but has on contracts and also follows the mugging rules. Didn't get a sit before the ban to explain how this isn't a NITRP issue or a mugging char issue. Just a contract fulfilled by me and @Alabster_ Matthew lalop'a is a enforcer that works contracts and settles beefs for mid/hc 

Why should you be unbanned? Didn't break cooldown if you look at the logs, Didn't mug anyone for 3 hours, Was banned before i could explain the reasoning on mugging him IC, Wasn't afforded the chance to defend myself. NITRP doesn't fit per contract with IC reasoning.  Char is not a mugging char is deep in RP with contracts and enforcer RP

+1 Matthew Lalop'a has had a big role within Supreme Team over the last couple of weeks or so.  Most of our roleplay is managing internal affairs and connections with other factions. Just because he doesn't sit in front of a property all day doesn't mean he's not RPing. There are a lot of moving parts in which he had a major role. Refer to Supreme HC for info or Popov for recent interactions.

Hes been in supreme for about a month, maybe less. Hes been banned 3 times since joining your faction. Been Perma Banned before as well. Clearly cant grasp the idea of the rules.

Your ban appeal has been reviewed and accepted.

The ban will be reduced to 60 days.

While I agree that your mugging RP may not have been against server rules per say, I do agree that your RP needs to be elevated in order to bring quality RP to the server. As staff we don’t define how you should RP, but we do define the rules you RP in. Concern has been made that your RP may not be beneficial to the server and has negatively affected others RP, by being a nuisance/minge.

Not only that, but the screenshot also you shared of a mugging bounty being sent in a discord channel, is highly against the rules. As stated previously, this has ever makings of a “detachment 0” but I did scour through the Supreme discord channels and had only seen a couple of mentions of a bounty and handed out bans to those individuals involved. You have POs revolving around NITRP and metagame, and with the metagame evidence being shown above,  I do see fit that a ban be served. I advise you take this time off to determine the quality of RP you will bring when you return to the server.
