Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I would like to apologise for my actions I understand I done wrong and shouldn't have done what i done but id like to also say this is my first ever ban and its over a stupid reason I also believe I have only ever had 1 note on my account also I usually take this server very serious and fully understand why I have received the punishment I have I don't condone my actions and admit it was very silly of me to do but I wasn't even giving the chance to explain in a sit i just received the ban with 0 communication.

Why should you be unbanned? I apologise for my actions and very dearly sorry all I can do is ask for some leniency as this is the first major issue I have caused and I would also like to say this is the last time this will happen and ill learn from my mistakes.

• Due to their unmonitored nature, all voice channels are strictly OOC. Nothing said or done in a VC can be used or considered ICly. Anyone caught using voice channels or anything that isn’t in-game for IC matters will be punished appropriately. Make use of the voice radios or phone systems.
  
  A 1 day ban is fairly generous, your actions affected RP for others, and yes it may be your only note/ban but Meta-game is one of the more serious infractions on this server.

Hello, as Boomroasted mentioned, and as you briefly acknowledged yourself, what you did was wrong, plain and simple. Discord VCs are inherently OOC spaces, and using information from them in any capacity for in game decisions/actions is a direct violation of the rules. This standard exists for a reason: it protects the integrity of the roleplay and ensures that every player is operating on a fair and immersive playing field on the server.

While it may be unfortunate that you’re learning this lesson under these circumstances, it’s important to recognize the impact your actions had on the experience of others. Mixing OOC and IC information can seriously derail others roleplay, create unfair advantages, and break immersion for everyone involved.

With all of that in mind, I actually believe the ban you received was quite lenient already. Given the nature of the situation and how it affected the roleplay for multiple players, staff could have justifiably issued a more severe punishment. Hopefully this serves as a reminder going forward to be more careful, stay within the boundaries of the rules, and keep OOC spaces separate from in game roleplay.
