Why should you be unbanned?
I was unfairly banned for no intent to roleplay, when I made it very clear to the staff I was roleplaying. SexaphoneGod pulled me to a sit and told me people next door to my business were not happy with the music being played. I told him multiple times I was roleplaying meditating and it is not against the rules to use a music box on a property that I have ownership of. He then told me to play my music elsewhere as it was interfering with roleplay next door. I said that is an in character issue, and should be handled in character, he then ignored what I had said and put me back in my business. Once I was in my business he then was invisible and deleted my hi-fi box. I told him it is not against the rules what I am doing and that he is ruining my meditation roleplay. I then spawned another one as Dong earlier had told me to purchase 10 and continue what I was doing. Before I could even start my music SexaphoneGod deleted it yet again, I told him keep deleting it, and I will keep placing another one down. I was unfairly banned for 2 days with no priors. I was told by multiple staff before that what I was doing was not against the rules. For example Dong literally gave me $1,000 and said buy 10 and continue. https://gyazo.com/1d584b203864ac62989d6d178a334496

I was playing music in the same location and was harassed for it as well

i have a clip of dutch saying its IC, anecdotally I viewed them putting in multiple other tickets and receiving the same answer. The building next door also plays music all day and we don't complain, its New Jersey, it's loud. I'm not sure how deep NITRP here goes, but there is clearly need for clarification within staff regarding, uh. noise complaints, i guess. but 2 days with no priors seems excessive on the surface, also; i like to play music in the same location and don't want to deal with something like this.

Hey, banning staff here. Your meditation roleplay could have easily been continued elsewhere in the building and instead was carried out as close as you could get to their building, at full volume, during an event. After a PM saying move it and turn it down, I deleted your first hifi playing yoko ono earrape. This was after the sit which I explained the other side's perspective and why you were being inconsiderate; you were adamant that you didn't care and that your meditation roleplay (sitting afk while music blares at an event next door) was more important. You also insisted I should "Keep deleting the hifis for content" after deleting the first. You place another hifi blaring music and I banned you for no intent to roleplay. You ruined the experience for others via your hifi and the rule that you're violating is

"Be mature and responsible with it, if you are found abusing it, it will be removed" 

after I fairly removed your hifi, you placed another and hurt the roleplay of those around you, showing your lack of interest for roleplay and highlighted your need for attention. I do not feel my ban was unjust, hope this clears it up. Good luck on your appeal

Responding to your comments here.

1. The buildings are beside each other with a thin wall in between.
2. I was not playing "Yoko Ono Earrape". I was playing "Kumko Morita - Kimigayo." Which is far from what you have stated. 
3. I was not being inconsiderate at all, if you check the logs throughout the time I was playing my music I was meditating. Pulling me into a sit for something in character, and continuing to delete and disrupt my roleplay is inconsiderate and you ruined my experience. A previous staff member who spoke with me "Dong" clearly stated in the screenshot provided that what I was doing was not against the rules and gave me enough to buy 10 more hi-fi's and told me to continue.

I handled a similar ticket regarding this earlier.

A faction was attempting to roleplay run their business next door and have a meeting in their backroom. A cassette player was placed intentionally against the corner wall of your property to maximize audio overlap and placed on the loudest possible setting with the direct intention of annoying them and disrupting their roleplay while you were outside their shop looking in. Considering that your property was empty of any person or placed dupe I deduced that there was no active or valid roleplay occurring that warranted the music continuing at that volume and deleted the cassette player.

If you are intentionally engaging with an aspect of the server in bad faith to negatively impact someone's gameplay for no reason that is considered minging / NITRP, you are not providing any roleplay benefit and the sole purpose of your actions are to annoy another group of players, regardless if you claim that it is for valid RP reasons.

In these instance staff members have told you to stop and when that happens you must abide by their demands

I understand you may have been under the assumption this was acceptable from Dong but he simply gave you $1,000 to comp you for losing $100 when he deleted your hifi which he assumed was the issue you had with it, though he should have informed you that intentionally using music boxes to annoy or disrupt players is not permitted and can be viewed as NITRP.

While I believe that Sexaphone was justified in his ban, though the length could have been shorter, In this instance I will remove the ban as it's reasonable to believe you were given incorrect information by a staff member, but going forward do not misuse music players to disrupt other players roleplay and if a staff member instructs you to stop doing something, even if another told you it's ok, comply until you can get the opinion of a staff member with a higher rank.

Will mitigate this issue from a mechanical perspective in the future to prevent it from being a further issue.
