I was banned and i dont think i should have been. (please look more into my ban)

Me and my buddys played the server for a while. but we had a car we drove around which my freinds ran over a bunch of people in. the admin then said it was me 100% and that i was lying, then went on to say our names were "real names" and made us all change our names. i legit think the admin was butt hurt and just didnt like us his name is "anzati1"and he was constantly messing with us. 

i personally think i should not have been perma banned for what i was doing. i was very clearly in rp but to him he thinks i was not somehow.

I'd be more inclined to accept this given an apology and a new found understanding of the rules, considering how long ago the ban was. Instead it reads like you held a grudge for a year+ against a guy who isn't even staff anymore.

I don't think that's a big ask.

What are you talking about? His appeal very clearly says he didn't do anything, and that it was his friend's that broke the rules, so why would he apologize? Not to mention, but nowhere does he imply that he held a grudge against the admin, I don't know what happened but with my previous interactions with him I wouldn't be surprised if Anzati was just messing around with him. This is all just basic comprehensive skills, hope maybe you would try to understand what he's saying before you speak? Just food for thought

Actively engaging with your friends in NITRP/RDM activity is still a rulebreak, despite if he was driving or not. Now of course being the driver does have an impact on the severity of an offense or punishment but that's sort of hard to verify when appealing a ban that occurred over a year ago, especially if it was, according to him "false".

In the appeal itself the user admits to having, at the minimum, been apart of a group of people who at the time were breaking the rules. So we can acknowledge that the spirit in which he or his friends engaged with the server at the time was not in compliance with our rules. The staff member in question is/was competent so it's very unlikely he targetted someone who did nothing for a permanent ban.

Does the length of the ban match the severity? Maybe not! But it has been long enough to afford you a second chance. I'm just saying read the rules and say you'll do good!

Your ban appeal has been reviewed and accepted, however please understand from a Staff perspective that when punishment is handed out especially in a perma ban there was enough evidence to suggest you were guilty of an offense. I hope you never have to appeal a ban again, but it would be helpful to appeal with an attitude of acceptance of guilty and genuine apology. Disrespecting staff is not something you do if you are trying to come back to a community, but with that being said I am going to give you 1 last chance to prove you can bring quality RP to this server.
