Reason for ban: I was banned for massed raiding.

 

Length of ban: 14 days 

 

Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I had no idea I was committing mass raiding and I am sorry. I really only went into 2 buildings but I only lockpicked in the one of them if I was aware that I wasn’t allowed to, I would have not done it. I will no longer mass raid I understand why I was banned sorry for the inconvenience. 

 

Why should you be unbanned? I will no longer break rules on this server now that I am aware and since I have extensively read the rules to keep this from happening again thank you for your consideration and your time.

You lockpicked several rooms / doors in The Continental and the same company's apartment above their restaurant all within 5-10 minutes. This is considered mass raiding and I find it sketchy that you were the only one to make an appeal, not your friend who has notes from the past which tells me he's had several opportunities to read the rules and inform the people he's playing with what those rules are so he himself, as well as the people he plays with, don't get in trouble. I can't get on board with the "I'm the innocent one with no priors I shouldn't have been punished for breaking the same rules" narrative. 

 

Against a reversal but this isn't my call.

after 4 years, with almost 3 days playtime I dont see any reason to assume that you *dont* know the rules, but 14 days is also really long. Reduced to 4.
