Disable afk timers for imprisoned peoples

If i get arrested, charged with 44 minutes, I shouldn't have to be constantly moving in my 3x3 cell for all 44 minutes.

We've had multiple players fall to this fate. They go afk to serve their sentence. They get afk kicked. The timer on their phone goes off, theyre excited to play, only to find themselves on a disconnection screen for afk.

The people DESERVE to be able to go jerk off through their ENTIRE 30 minute sentence (some of you more than a few times)
