Reason for PK: Risking Life & Dying

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: The individual who I interacted with risked his life and unfairly murdered me, despite having a weapon out, it was not drawn and he had a pistol at point blank range to his skull, turns around and shoots me anyways. Now per rules, I am not allowed to just gun him down; 

"If you're holding someone under Fear RP and issue them orders/warnings not to do something and they disobey you may kill them. However, one single warning/order will not suffice, multiple warnings in a very short time span will also not suffice, you have to give them adequate time to react."
I was under the impression I still had to give people a chance to roleplay, and I did, the player instead didn't say anything and immediately shot me. 
Another thing that was stated by the admin was I couldn't mug someone interacting with a crate, but I wasn't aware, only planning to kidnap him per orders of an individual I roleplayed with.

I believe I shouldn't have been player killed for this situation because the roleplay never even started per the poor roleplay from the other party.

i killed you because you decided robbing people was your preferred way of obtaining wealth, in which you ended up attempting to rob me. i like my valuables, and i dont like guns in my face. if you want to roleplay, walk up to someone and speak to them, don't hold them at gunpoint

I also understand that the player broke no rules, just stating that I shouldn't have been CKed over this as it was a 5 second situation that was cut short before any RP could actually take place.

1. If you are holding a weapon actively in your hand then fearrp does not apply and you may retaliate (even if it is on safety, E+R)

Pking admin here. As i explained last night in the sit, your character was permanently killed because you died during a mugging. You initiated FearRP on someone in the alley next to Golden Dragon. 

Two mistakes you made during this
Encounter 

You turned it into a failed mug,
Package camping is not allowed

The person you tried to put under FearRP had his gun out with safety on  which means he could not be put under FearRP,

Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately I bear bad news as this will be getting denied, and I'll shed some light on why. As per our FearRP rules, the man you attempted to rob in the alleyway was completely within his rights to retaliate freely, as he had a weapon out on safety whilst you attempted to mug him,

Given this, the way the player reacted is completely within his rights in gunning you down immediately to avoid any monetary loss, and followed our guidelines and protocols. Even if he didn't have a gun out, he can still pull one out in an attempt to save his belongings, but would then be at risk of getting PK'ed himself. Mugging is very risky and i suggest reading up on the mugging and FearRP rules so you know what you're getting yourself into next time this may occur.

As for the package camping, that is a rule we have in play on the server. It is against our rules to sit around near packages in red zones so you can mug people and take the contents after they retrieve the shipment.
