Why should you be unbanned?: I do not understand either of the reasons I'm getting banned. I didn't Powergame? The character I may have the same name as, which happens to be someone that was PK'ed on a government char, because staff was trying to find a character like that and said there wasn't, and someone sent a clip of that guy, but that char was never even mine. I never made a char named "James Long" before, the only closest to that was a char I had called "Jeremiah "Private" Long", which was a mob char and I no longer have it. I stole an ABA Pin from the Chief of Staff, yes, but that's not against the rules? It may have seemed a little mingy as I was trying to have fun pretending to be a fake lawyer once I stole a guy's ABA pin, but I really don't get why I got 2 weeks for this and not a warning if anything at all?

I mean, it sounds like you knowingly created a character to reflect a lawyer's name, then used that to obtain the pin. Sure, it's on the Office for not checking your ID, so I'm 50/50 on this.

You've just described powergame.
Making a character with the same name as a lawyer in order to obtain items under the guise that you are actually him.
