Also, saying "we were on escalation level 1", so we don't need to pay the 100k, makes no sense. Your faction accepted this. If they had said "nah, go fuck yourself" then went to level 1, then paid the 10k fee, then no one would have died....

Well tbf, the acting don actually also let me know that " IF " HE knew it was a 100k demand he wouldn't have gone any further at all. 

He is saying the main person handling the sit downs were Brown Leaf, which is Head Enforcer, idk if he HC or not, But the fact the acting don is saying he would've never proceeded if he knew it was 100k demand is wild. That he wasn't informed what the full demands were. also kinda wild

The last clips theres one dude just standing at the door and then a crowd of people standing across the street (most werent even kosher lol), your missing out on a lot of key details buddy. 

 

To clarify Riddy "not knowing" the contents of the sit down. He 1000% did because I contacted HIM about the sit down, he was having issues connecting to the server so he sent his 3rd in command.  once again, cope harder

I believe Head Enforcer of kosher is 3rd in command I may be wrong tho. The sit-down happened. Demands were agreed upon, but demands weren't carried out. Another sit-down occurred, demanding your death, and then they followed through with it. What your faction should have done is ask if the tax was actually allowed by UA.

While the second sitdown was going on you made ANOTHER advert. Someone made an advert saying "DEAD NIGGER IN IMPERIAL" which you replied to with "Is it Jarad" 

Idk if this is just you trolling but you arent entitled to "clips" or "proof" of the sitdowns. You not seeing them doesnt invalidate anything that happened, only ones entitled to this is UA.

So, Reason for the PK Was Disrespect & Refusing to pay the 100K.

My orders were to pay the Jews.

and at first in this appeal Jarad was stating I didn’t pay, Then back my own claims proving I paid. & also if I didn’t pay the 100K. Why are yall charging the LT 200K for Helping me Pay?

Also I did No Metagame on the fact I knew his rank, I know the ranks and people as I was in Kosher as a Kapo for a long time. 

& as you boys can tell I got a lot of homies in Kosher. Whom of which we are all great friends.

Hello, so before I go into the more specific details I would like to clear up a misconception. This pk has nothing to do with any escalation level. Reason being this hadn't been escalated yet, if he didn't pay and sos refused any action Kosher may have escalated the issue which would then make it subject to the rules of escalation and conflict.

 

 If a faction charges 100k and an apology in this situation there is no issue, as I stated prior this is not under escalation and SOS had no obligation to accept, they faced escalation if they did not go ahead and deal with this. 

 

As this issue did not reach that point it was still subject to normal faction demands under the “ You should seek a sit down with the leadership of the opposing family/gang and work out some sort of deal. Either reparations through money or possibly have a sanctioned hit against the accused party in order to maintain a diplomatic relationship without causing conflict.”  Section of the rules. Due to that this is a simple case of a person refusing orders and refusing his chance clear the beef due to the risk of relations going downhill he was killed.

 

Due to that reasoning this appeal has been denied.
