Reason for PK: Kosher Escalation Demands For Disrespect

Why should you be unPK'd?: Ight from the rough General Start " Monaclu you can correct me if i miss some spots )
Members of SOS, some HC, some made men. Were chilling in the in the bushes out infront of deli, like crouching n shit in them doing what ever, Monaclu comes over and starts demanding that they leave the area, some shit talking started and threats were made from both parties. I cant quote exact words, but monaclu said something along the lines of " ima get my gun if your still here when i get back we gonna have an issue " rough memory of words. Monaclu then comes back, I MYSELF gets locked in the jewish deli in a playful manner, some more shit talking happens & Monaclu kills one of the sos members, then the rest of sos pull guns & kill monaclu, Menace, & if my memory is correct Kov & finnigan might be incorrect of names. | From that point on things were tense, shit talking back n fourth from both ends. Then racket war happened & with Koshers embarrassing loss, i just couldnt hold myself back from shit talking the head enforcers for losing that badly. after that war i was honestly shit talking Head enforcers a lot, & rage baiting Jared which is a head enforcer. Then 1 day most of HC of sos & made men, convene with HC & Made men of kosher infront of the deli again. A Lot of threats were made by monaclu about how he is going to ( not exact words ) " Pay people to mug us & or pay to buy stolen cuts/vest's that they mug from us. & that he would harrass us everyday if he didnt get an apology. " No Apology was given to them From SOS command. From that day Things were still tense for the next week or so, Then deals started popping back up little by little with kosher mid command. Howver even with relations going back up. I was still shit talking Jared ( head enforcer ) . Which Led to a Formal Sit down With Jared of Kosher & Holiday VP Of SOS & a few others. Which reached a solution of me paying 100K & Giving an Apology to Kosher. I Paid 100K to Kosher & did not give an apology, ( like how sos not gonna apologize but make me & pay 100K ) So i didnt apologize. THEN THE NEXT DAY THE NEXT DAY, Kosher has another sit down & Now Demands That I Be Killed for being disrespectful & not saying sorry & if i didnt that they would escalate. SOS Then somehow SOMEHOW Agrees that that is the best solution. ( keep in mind they let a HC Member Rat leave faction no PK & His Wife rat leave faction no PK & Re-hired a nigga who snitched on faction back in as capo ) But anyways that's off point.

Conclusion:
Kosher Technically Started The Hostile Actions & Reasons For Shit Talking.
I Paid 100K For first demand, Didnt say sorry.
The next day they demanded id be killed for disrespect & not saying sorry.
SOS Kills Me.

Not Confirmed Yet... It appears Both Parties Might not have clips of the sit downs or have a document regarding the sit down solutions Which is stated to be had in the rules, For Sit Downs. & it also appears UA may not have been informed of the Solutions Purely based off the fact Monaclu told me he didn't even know they pk'd me.

(MONACLU PLEASE CORRECT ANYTHING) - Also i know we both respect each other to a certain level so we should both keep things real & Honest.

What server rule or PK rule was violated?: Escalation Abuse, Didn't Follow PK Sit down Guide Lines. - " Escalation Abuse " " Demanded i pay 100k, i Pay 100k, Then demand me to be pk'd? "

Idk what bros even talking about for like half of that, but I think it was some shit like you insulting someone, and kosher demanded 100k and an apology, and only got half and they killed you to save the relationship between kosher and sos

 The person in question, must have repeatedly done something to directly harm you, your family, or another member of your family. Unwarranted Harm in a financial (+10,000$) or repeated physical way, there has to be tangible damages, disrespect is not a reason to kill someone. This also means you cannot PK someone JUST for being part of an enemy faction. Having continued gunfights, scams or warnings about territory, money or other continued violent disputes can cause escalation to a PK. (Be sure to record all encounters/transgressions)

Disrespect [0 - 10k] - Max escalation Level 1
Disrespect of a boss or made men. No one cares if a group of associates or soldiers are insulted, it’s part of their job. Should someone, capo and above, intentionally go out of their way to insult other made men or bosses a transgression for disrespect can be considered and either a tax or apology demanded depending on the severity of the disrespect [If both men insulted each other it’s also useful to simply squash the beef]. Generally factions you are neutral with or in an alliance with will take this seriously. A faction you are opposed to likely won’t care.

Making him pay 100k Tax on a 10k max tax then demanding an apology.. Crazy work.

Charlie was probably the only one sticking up for them too. That is true from what I know Seann1 said they can only demand 10k or an apology. Logs show I payed, Jar was informed i payed, Monaclu was informed i payed. your 100k was paid. - also want me to pop up dm's of kosher hc dming me trying to get me to Inside SOS? - either way, it appears yall dont got clips of both sitdowns & documents & you demanded 100k & apology which is against the rules, you can only demand one, Logs show i payed. & Then demanded id be pk'd after i pay the 100k. also demanding 100k is also against the rules, you can max demand 10k.

Uhhh yeah, as seen in the messages above, I loaned 100k from kov, then used that money to pay yall off, then paid off kov, so 100k has been paid. & kov was also paid. uhm so yeah, either way your weren't even allowed to demand that much. you also admitted to trying to refuse to take the money so idk pal. so also as seen above, my orders were to pay the " jews " no name in specific. either way, shows i paid. it dont matter how i got the 100k. i paid 100k & then paid off the loan. sooo..

Yeah he paid off the loan i gave him, gave me some "Home Depot Vouchers" equivalent to the loan i gave him and I specifically told Max to pay jar 100k when he woke up for his AFK nap. No beef here just saying how it went down
