Car Respawn Cooldown

I think since the cars no longer de-spawn it would be cool if there was a 15-30 minute respawn cooldown if your car blows up

hi no ur car can blow up for so many dumb reasons 

props, minges, a light crash that rly shouldnt cause a explosion. would just be more annoying then anything

The amount of times I’ve seen a car impact a Kawasaki or Vespa and somehow the bike ends up surviving is impeccable.
