Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I was banned roughly a year ago for violating Global Rule 1, and if I recall correctly there was no sit or further discourse prior to being banned

I would have made an appeal before, however due to some personal obligations, I simply did not have time to do so and can talk in a more private setting if there is any questions regarding it

I attempted to join recently after finally being able to settle down, and was greeted by the ban message, so I am hoping to be unbanned to return back to a server I had some good times on

If there is any questions, comments, or concerns, please feel free to voice them, as to be frank I am also confused to what was interpreted as "Exploitation/Third Party Software" as is stated in the ruleset

Hopefully there is a possibility to get back into the game

global rule 1 is cheating. its not that hard to grasp. you were cheating and got caught.

So you apparently used a cheat software and were reading off names. Pretty standard cheat ban.
