Advert board addition?

you know those stupid little print outs you see pasted to light poles all over the place with those perforated ticket stubs attached to them? yeah those. thats kinda what i was thinkin off
it'd be neat if ad's made with the advertisement boards in game could have the ability to have 'tickets'/stubs on them that can be 'taken off'

as a barebone idea it could be a counter that lets a limited (#) of people 'take a stub' (probably a limit of 1 per person)
all it could really do when interacted with copy/paste the info directly into a persons note pad/clipboard or even give them a small piece of paper in their inv 
people can rip off a ticket that has contact info on it, dates of events, whatever tf. primarily it helps people have a way to interact with the adverts while also giving the ability for advertisers to have another chance to see how much traction their ads might or might not be getting
