What is your motivation/reason for applying?: *I have wanted to become a staff member in this server for a good while but at the start of my time playing the server i was not taking it seriously. Recently i have gotten back into playing the server with a new light. and a lot of the staff members i have came across have all been very cool
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: *There is no defining reason that i should be considered over other people. But i will try my very best to be the most unbiased as i physically can. And follow the book at every step.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): Atomic Rp Moderator for around 3 weeks
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: yes 3 times first time back in September for rdm+ltap for 1 day, I was very new to Gmod and didn't quite understand the rules and regulations. Second time in January third 2025 for 7 days for Minge, NITRP, FAILRP, The most recent one was on the 20th of April 2025 for Ltarp as much as I can remember my wi-fi disconnected while getting arrested and I didn't join back. I haven't been banned in 4 months
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: *I'm sure a decent amount of people know me and probably have mixed opinions from the past. Even if people don't like me I will still treat them with respect in sits. And the people that do like me will will also not receive any extra rep

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I clip the rdm and make a ticket if a staff member takes the ticket i give them the link to the ticket and see what they have to say. Just because i am a staff member does not mean i should switch characters and make a sit by myself. If no staff member takes the ticket i would report him on the forums
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would clip what is happening with medal and make a staff report if it warrants it. But if the offense is very minor I would give them a tip to not repeat it
A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would listen to both sides of the stories and ask for a clip of what happened I would try my very best to not give my friend/faction member any biased what so ever.
