Why should you be unbanned? I feel like I should be on BM because this is just an wrongfully ban I was never breaking an alarm and I could admit I didn't at least twice but at the end I walked away to look around the city if I did break any rules I sincerely apologize but It was not my intentions.

You were harassing people at the park, they constantly told you to leave and then ultimately shot you. Like 30 seconds later you run back to the same area you died at and continued to be a nuisance which ended with you being shot and killed again. Then a third time you ran to the exact spot again and then ran off a moment after. You have quite a few bans and notes in such a small period of time which shows you've not taken the time to look over the rules at all. If you had, you'd notice it says in the rules: "NLR = New Life Rule. You MUST follow NLR after every death. You will not remember anything from the last 15 minutes before your last death in RP. Nor can you return to the same RP situation. You are not actually dead unless it's a PK and are otherwise put in the hospital and will recover."

I would take some time to start reading over the rules before making a return to the server, because clearly you haven't learned anything since your first note on the 16th.
