Logged onto my account while my wife was banned for a day on her account. The system flagged that as me as an "alt". We share a computer and have no other way of playing.  
Why should you be unbanned?
The use of an alt account is just untrue and I find this annoying as I was wanting to log into my character again that I used for some time.

You can look at our accounts. You can clearly tell we both have separate games and play hours on our accounts. You just don’t want to do any work and investigate the situation. We’re happy to help prove that we’re separate people. What would help? By the way, he has played on the server before. We took a break for a while but decided to come back.

That only proves what? The last time we had  played together was holiday season of 2024. We have friends with clips of us all playing together. If you don’t believe us, that’s your right, but you provide nothing in the way of helping.

@Pyro I've literally played with both of these people at the same time on this server. They share a computer now because one of theirs died lol. This ban is ridiculous, they're not using alts.

This was us 3 playing in December I believe. We've played on this server since 2023/24ish with no problems.

Tron is on the left, Maddy in front of me. And on the upper left we're all in the discord call.

logs only go so far back until a higher rank needs to search the deep storage.
im not apart of this ban nor have an opinion, but if it is true, evidence other than both of the accounts will help you a lot more. you said you use the same computer but have multiple videos of both of you playing, just take a picture of the computers beside eachother and dm it to a higher staff.

Again, his computer died and that’s why he hasn’t been playing. He started playing on a steam deck and you cant play this on the steam deck. That’s why when I was banned he used my laptop to play

- They both played on the server together when they had two computers.

- One crashed. So now they only have one.

- That's why now they play separately on their own accounts, on one computer.

- And that's where this ban came from, they said Tron was using an alt.

- There are videos clearly showing both of them on their own accounts playing at the same exact time prior to them only having a shared computer.

If they only have one computer now, how can they take a picture of two different setups? It's like nobody is even reading the thread before responding.

The computer my wife used previously had a 1060 and an i5 processor from 2015. That obviously has died since then. The current setup we have now is a laptop with a 2070 that she uses and a Steam deck that I use. I tried logging into the server a few months back on my deck but the mods on the server or something else didn’t make this compatible and black screened with audio. We’re trying to help as much as possible but it obviously gets to a point where we don’t want to take pictures of ourselves for people we don’t know online. Pyro has ignored responses from me in a DM and if that’s the case how can we get any help?

Pyro administrated the original finite LTARP | RDM ban here:

The ban is automatically extended by an autonomous system that detects attempted evasion attempts. It's a computer, it can't know or decipher if a person(s) live in the same household and share hardware. While yes you two have played together in the past it obviously looks suspect that the other account would only join after the first was banned, despite not having played in several months. Whether you intentionally attempted to use the second person's account to evade the initial ban is beyond me, but I don't really care to deal with the semantics on it further, either you're telling the truth or lying, it's irrelevant. 

Be mindful next time; if either of you are banned, don't log in as the other.
