Long Answer
Questions proceeded with an asterix require a response of 3 Sentences Minimum.

What is your motivation/reason for applying?:  I wish to apply to make a difference in the community. I want to serve justice against those who break the rules. I also wish to expand my portfolio in the server and show that I am an outstanding community member and leader. In applying I hope to put a smile on the face of all those afflicted by issues caused by players or otherwise the server. In joining staff I hope to make a difference in the community wherever possible.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?:  I am mature and I don't do immature bullshit. I don't have a job (haha laugh it up) in real life so I am not constrained by much currently. I am a pretty nice friendly guy and nobody has ever really complained about me except on my cop which is a granted as people hate the police. I can understand the misguided hatred for Antony Donelli. I think that my roleplay skills bring precedence over some of the other candidates as I can roleplay very well with my /me's and general RP.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? Garnet Gaming DarkRP Senior Moderator for 6 months. SuperiorServers Clonewars RP Moderator for 2 months.
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: No, never.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?:  Well Tommy Vercetti is fairly known in his faction and id say people like him and see his as a go getter. I think they see him as someone who's out to make big bucks and have fun with friends while doing it. Antony Donelli is a fairly known officer, being in the city quite often. He's murdered off two people so far.
What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: Permanently killing off people who shoot at me is the funniest most enjoyable shit i've ever done. That and roleplaying a diner setting where we all party. I also like police chases where I get to pit maneuver suspects. I enjoy doing day to day patrols as a cop. I also like the war events in gangs where I get to shoot at opposition.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would head on duty and await them to be reported. If a report is made my medal running would suffice as proof.  I would pull them in and if they were fairly new id make a note of it and if they knew what they were doing id ban them for RDM. Id also make sure to get compensation for the person RDM'd if in the situation it qualifies. 
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I report it to a Super Admin. I document with evidence such as videos, screenshots, and testimonials and forward it to them. I would make sure to make my report as detailed and as accurate as possible. If a Super Admin wasn't available id report it to Canadian Bacon.
A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: It does and if another staff was on I would not take that ticket. If no other staff was on id take it and review the bias. Id moderate them if there was sufficient evidence and logs line up. I would take much discretion on the situation and scrutinize any bias.

I play Antony Donelli which is a cop a lot. I also play Tommy Vercetti which is apart of a mob faction.

While I have no doubts you are an alright guy, you have not been around nearly enough to be put in a position on staff. The rules can be complex at times, and knowing them from experiencing them is the best way to learn. My personal opinion: Hang around a bit more, maybe try to implement your crim characters as well as pd more in verse situations to understand how the rules work on both sides.(I do not mean go break rules. Ask questions, get involved in situations) As staff you need to have an understanding of the rules that lets you show other people how they have done wrong and how they can adjust to fix it. One week is not nearly long enough to understand the way the server works.
Your answers on some of the extended response questions also could go into more depth to show that you understand more of what you are getting into.

Thats just my opinion though. As ive said many times before, if bullets, Jmoorsey, and shittor did it; anyone can.
