Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): Dispute the VDM, apologise for ticket spam and minge I don't understand what it means so apology I guess?

Why should you be unbanned?: VDM I don't know where that came from, I was following some traffic rules and using common sense. I only hit one person while driving during my time playing this session and that was a police officer cadet trying to run past my car while i was already turning into the motel, causing me to hit him because he ran infront of my car. I don't remember killing people with a car. The ticket spam, I did input alot of tickets but bro I was trying to introduce 2 of my friends from this account to MafiaRP (one literally just bought gmod) as this server was one of my first servers when I first got gmod and I'm still playing it to this day. I was trying to go around places, asking for jobs so then my friends and I could make money however I was constantly getting shot and killed. Now I reported some of these as RDM, the italians I didn't report because they were following the 3 warning system however the japanese and the jews were not. I went to the japanese and asked to borrow a guys car, I got shot and when I made a report it was apparently because I threatened his employee for asking to borrow his car. As for the jews, we went in and one my friends said free palestine as a joke and he was shot instantly. Then I was shot when I didn't even say it. So again, I reported it as RDM and the admin didn't even investigate it. He just teleported the guy and the guy said ''I gave them warnings'' and I was sent back. I didn't have any clips so I'm sorry but still, no investigation for any of my reports was conducted. As for ''minge'' I don't know what you mean by this, in my country, England, minge means a woman's pussy so I don't know if your trying to call me a pussy? But anyways, I am sorry but I was trynig to show my friends around this server but seems after the 10 months I haven't played, everyone doesn't give warnings for you to go away you get shot for asking for a job.

Hey, I was the one who banned you.

After numerous tickets you made, you consistently broke NLR, spammed tickets any time you died, even when you were in the wrong. And then went into China Town and tried to run a crowd of people over, three times.

Considering your previous bans, one being permanent and the others for Mass RDM and NLR (and Minge behavior), along with being banned for attempting to alt on the server. I thought these 5 days would suffice and there would be lack of complaint. But, here you are.

I was being super lenient with you, even before you tried the VDM stunt, but now I just regret it. You clearly do not want to dedicate the brainpower to play here and follow the rules. I am advising against you being unbanned.

If you had read the rules, you would at least know this term as its on line 1 of rule abbreviations. How the shoe fits.

I read the rules and some of them were rdm, they gave me maybe 1 warning and didn't give me enough time to react. The fact you said ''even when you were in the wrong'' suggests i wasn't in the wrong for some of them so how come you didn't like punish them. I do apologise but come on they weren't roleplaying they just shot me, so they are being ''minges'' too

I just watched the vidoe, I did lag but yeah tbh I didn't handle it properly I just kept on trying to drive when I was turning into little italy, the chinatown I was stopping right before hitting them cus I was just trying to scare them. Also about NLR, you kept on spawning me back like that time I reported a jew and then you spawn me right next to little israel. I know you didn't do it on purpose as it's my last location but I can't even react before they run up to me and scream the N word cus I got a black character and then shoot me

Clearly you did not intentionally steer into a crowd of people and screamed I can't brake twice. We can't find a reason to unban you or reduce your ban.
When you enter a vehicle you are responsible just like in real life. If you genuinely made an attempt to stop and if you didn't suck by trying to intentionally steer into a crowd of people, as you have no intention to roleplay this ban stays. Also please try to clip for the future so we can get context from both sides.
