Reason for ban: Mugging char 

Length of ban: 5 days 

Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): Dispute: I participated in a mugging last night in the ghetto with a few friends last night, which was completely random, and Hours later I was banned for a "mugging char". The char that is claimed to be a "mugging char" Is my oldest char by quite a bit, and has over 500,000$ worth of custom clothing, is a former faction member, and was never created with the intent of being a mugging char. also, this char has made substantial amounts of money selling oil. I was 100% aware of the risk and rules when it comes to mugging, which I followed. In summary, this should not be considered a mugging char because of the assets that the char has, the age of the char, and the fact that it was a former faction member.

Why should you be unbanned? This char should not be considered a "mugging char" because of all the reasons listed above.

Further evidence: rule 12 of mugging rules which pertains to mugging chars states: You may not make a character for the sole purpose of mugging, for example if you are pk'ed for mugging and simply create a new character and continue the same actions. It shows you have no regard for actual roleplay."  The age, assets, and past history of this char clearly show that its sole purpose is not mugging.  And my final point, I have never been PK'd for mugging, which further shows that I have no intentions on making or having a char exclusively for mugging, as mentioned in rule #12.
