Reason for ban: Mugging Char

Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I participated in a mugging that was a completely random decision in the ghetto with a couple guys, The character that was claimed to be a "Mugging Char" has multiple items on him worth of value that I was risking losing in participating in mugging that person, Also the character was made a considerable amount of time ago and was never made for the sole intention of mugging people, I play on the character quite often and the situation involving my ban was abrupt and not planned.  

Why should you be unbanned? I believe My character isn't in the terms of a "Mugging Char" and I was putting my own life at risk In which I was aware of, The character was never made to be a mugging char or is a mugging char in general.
