Why should you be unbanned? I would like to start this off by apologizing to the nice girl I RDMed because she rejected me, secondly I think I should be unbanned because she didn't seem to have a problem with it as she wasn't the one who reported me, it was some dude that killed me for killing her.  I think 1 day is a little much as I have only been noted once before for RDM in my whole year of playing this server.

Thank you for making an appeal and we appreciate your time. Unfortunately the girl you RDMed was brand new and had no idea how to make a staff ticket therefore she had her friend do it for her. You clearly admitted to RDM in the clip attached to the ban and ill be adding the link to the clip of her confirming she would have reported it had shed known how. If i let you get away with such acts especially with priors that's unfair to other players of diverge who staff members might not be so lenient on. I hope this helps answer some questions. I just want the ban reduced, I only have 1 prior note.  If the Seasoned+ would be so nice and lower it to 12 hours I would be so grateful as I have a GM event to do tomorrow and you have my word I will never RDM

Hello,

Clearly this instance is a case of RDM, you even stated it yourself in the moment. So I won’t be delving too deep into that.

 

Your main issue with this ban is the ban length so that’s what I will mostly be commenting on. Ban times are more or less up to the discretion of the banning staff member (so long as it’s not egregious). Staff look at the given the facts of the situation and previous situations to determine how to/how long to punish for.

 

In this situation your disregard of the rules is more than evident. As a faction leader and former staff member you should be more considerate of the rules.

 

So, it’s been determined that the ban length is justified.
