Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: One of the guys in my family told me to submit a PK appeal because we feel as if we are getting target mugged, we just had 2 other ONLY new people get mugged by chinese men with plain suits and now im the third. At 6:12 in my submitted video you can see i had my gun drawn before he could intitiate fearRP, screaming "hands hands hands" doesnt count as fear RP i dont think.... im 100% sure hes ONLY a mugging character, brand new char ID and that he had meta gamed to call his other buddy in the mask over. (im sorry that the clip doesnt have my voice, i didnt have medal to start on startup with my pc but its now fixed for further issues i apologize.)

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines:

As well in the clip if you can see i was trying to show him the ladder and the sewers because i thought he was a new player : ( my character colt isnt a tough guy and i try to teach new people so they can enjoy playing too. I had literally taken another new asian rp guy over to the Japanese place so he could get a job even tho the Banannos wouldnt like that he needed help OOC bc he was new. Hello, 

While there is an argument that could be made whether the individuals involved with this mug could be mugging characters or not, something that will be looked into. My main issue with this mug and subsequently the PK lies with the execution of fear RP.

 

At the beginning of the “mug”, when demands are being made at “gun point” the weapon of the mugger is on safety. This means your character is not under legitimate fear rp at this moment as the weapon isn’t being pointed AT you. 

 

The weapon is eventually taken off of safety, which is when fear rp would properly be imitated. However less than a second later, ~0.5 second, you take out your own weapon. Presumably in response to the previous “threat” when fear rp was not applied correctly. This does not allow sufficient time for you to realistically respond to the threat and comply demands when placed under PROPER fear RP.
