Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): i understand that vdm is against the rules and is frowned upon as i had prior altercation 9-11 months ago that i have learned from and had no priors since then upon that today i was leaving dealership in my car and as i was pulling out a gentlemen was crossing the cross walk. now keep in mind crosswalks are there for RP reason and to avoid people baiting vdm by simply crossing the street in front of a car passing the gentle men was starting his crossing on the crosswalk but 1/4th of the way stepping into the middle of the street therefor stepping off the cross walk to cross the street. which caused them to be in front of my car as i was proceeding to move around him. if the gentle men would of stayed straight on the cross walk he wouldn't of been touched by my car. upon being pulled in a sit i stated my side and apologized to the gentle men and staff for killing him i didn't know i killed him i thought he was only knocked out because i got ran over the same way but was crossing the crosswalk within the lines.

Why should you be unbanned? yes vdm is against the rule but both sides are at fault as i feel i was baited into getting banned due to him stepping off crosswalk and in front of my car. i just dont see how that is a liable vdm ban i can understand a written warning. with the speed of the car (i wasn't going fast at all) because i seen him walking the cross walk just didn't expect him to run off the crosswalk

hey man im the dude you vdmed I was trying to get to the dealership and to the golfcart that was spawned there as that was my friend before he pulled off. banning admin here. so as I explained to you in the sit the issue is ow you hit him, then stop look at his body on the ground then run him over and kill him. you cant claim you didnt see him there as you even talk him while hes on the ground. you stare at his body after you kill him so im not to sure what you mean. you have a history of vdm so I think its more than reasonable.

In the clip attached to your appeal you very clearly show a disregard for the rules and stop after hitting him, only to speed up again and run him over until he's dead. There were many opportunities to avoid this situation and you took none of them, opting to VDM instead.
