When you join a faction you agree to abide by their faction rules and breaking them can lead to your death at any moment in time. Ultimately you decided to leave a different faction to join Cassanos, they were more than likely informed of your betrayal to that other faction and then decided that you should be killed for betraying their allies. 1 Link to comment
